A popular stopover for Europeans travelling to Australia, and the recently-built Sands Skypark is a unique attraction. A park shaped like a surfboard and perched on top of three 55-storey buildings, it has magnificent views of the city.

Singapore Zoo is regarded as one of the best in the world, and there is a nearby park that only opens at night. It offers a very different experience to most parks. You can walk through it or take the tram.
